This programme has been designed for self study and the course pack includes printed course materials. To assist the learner, regular face to face sessions will also be conducted. Teaching sessions of 03 hour duration will be held once a week during weekends at the Regional/Study Centeres. In addition to the course materials and guidance provided by the OUSL, the students will be expected to make use of radio broadcasts and television programmes.
Objective of the programme: to improve the proficiency in Sinhala for career enhancement.
Subjects: Basic Skills, Reading, Writing, Speech and Listening.
