Masters in Construction Management programme is available for those who have successfully completed the Postgraduate Diploma in Construction Management from the OUSL. Purpose of the programme is to enhance the ability of a construction engineer having theoretical knowledge to understand and analyse a construction management issue and thereby to make conclusions and recommendations, independently. The student has to submit a potential research proposal to the programme supervisor before registering.

The student undertakes a research project (36 credits) under the supervision of an academic supervisor. The research project should be in the area of construction management.
