PUU3240: RING THEORY & FIELD THEORY

Centers: Open Book Test, Closed Book Test and Final exam are held in Colombo, Kandy, Matara, Jaffna, Anuradhapura, and Batticaloa Reigional Centres.

Teaching and Learning Methodologies: Day Schools, workshops and Self studies

Scheme of evaluation : Continuous Assessment Tests (Open Book Test, Closed Book Test) and Final Examination (End of semester).

Evaluation Criteria:

CAM (Continuous Assessment Marks) = [Highest mark (OBT/CBT) * 60%] + [Lowest mark (OBT/CBT) *40%]
Students should obtain a minimum CAM of 40% to be eligible to sit the final examination.
Final Mark = [Marks obtain at the Final Exam * 50%] + [CAM * 50%]
