Mr. G.L. Ratnasiri received a BSC degree from the faculty of Natural Science , University of Colombo in 1980. In 1995 he went for an open distance learning training program in Dundee College Scotland and Audio Visual Training in British Open University. He received post graduate Diploma in education from the Open University Of Sri Lanka.
