We encourage co-curricular activities through the ZooNet of OUSL, a student-staff society, which organises regular guest lectures, educational trips, mini projects, etc. ZooNet also gives awards annually, in recognition of academic excellence and other acievements of students.
Objectives:
- To organie activities to create an interest in Biological Sciences among students of the University
and the community at large.
- To conduct projects to assimilate and disseminate knowledge and experiences in the field of
Biological Sciences.
- To recognise and appreciate the individual performances in the field of Biological Sciences.
Membership
Type a) : Staff members of the OUSL
Type b) : Student membership -registered students of the OUSL are eligible to apply for the
student membership of the society.
Membership fees:
a) Annual membership fee - Rs. 250.00 for memebr
b) Annual membership fee - Rs. 100.00 for student member
c) Life membership fee - Rs. 1,500.00
