K.P. Nishantha is gradated from the university of Sabaragamuwa and University of Sri Jayewardenepura. His Research interests are in the fields of Leadership, Entrepreneurial orientation and innovation etc.
He is HR specialist, motivational speaker, personality and leadership development specialist and a corporate trainer/visiting lecturer with fifteen years of experience in human resource training and development in state and corporate sector. He has trained personnel in Manufacturing, Banking and Construction & Engineering etc. He has a passion for human resource development and follows a whole hearted attempt for the total development of trainees focusing personal and organizational success.
